Please try the following methods to resolve the problem.
1) Restart the app.
2) If you are using Wi-Fi, turn it off and switch to 4G/5G/LTE.
3) Customers using LTE lines may have limited network speed by the carrier. Check that the line is not restricted.
※For Android devices: if you have moved the app to an SD card, please move it back to the main device.
4) Download all by following the steps below within the app:
・On the title screen>「Option」>[Download All]
・Tap「三」 on the bottom right of the home screen >「Option」＞「Download All」
※We recommend using Wi-Fi for this.
※Depending on the connection, the process might take a while.
