There is a possibility that you used different AppleID/GooglePlay/Amazon account when you made a purchase and the account that login to the device that you are currently playing.
With this, we apologize for the inconvenience that this may caused you but it would be much appreciated if you could try to do the following:
1)Login your AppleID/GooglePlay/Amazon account that you made a purchase on the device that you currently using to play the game.
2)Perform cache clear from the device settings.
3)Tap the [Restore Purchases] in the app.
