We are attempting to remedy the issue regarding Ver.4.3.20 and will continue to do so as we confirm our findings.
We apologize for the inconvenience but we please ask that you update you device's OS as well as the app to their latest versions, and proceed by selecting Download All on the Title screen.
* We recommend that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection or the like when attempting to Download All.

We have received reports that for certain players, the app blacks out or never advances beyond the loading screen upon starting up. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
For those experiencing any of these symptoms, we ask that they attempt one of the following as they appear to be able to remedy this situation:
- Upgrading to the latest version of the OS.
- Restarting your device.
